Big Apple is a steel kiddie roller coaster built by Italian manufacturer Pinfari currently owned by UK showman Paul Hart.

History

The ride originally operated during 1990 at the Gateshead Garden Festival. The ride was relocated to Frontierland Family Theme Park, where it opened as Rattler in 1991. It closed with the park in 2000.

The ride appeared in 2003 at Blackpool Pleasure Beach called Big Apple. It only operated briefly until it closed in 2004. It was located within the perimeter of the Avalanche. After operating at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the ride was sold to showman Paul Hart. The ride operated at Billing Aquadrome in 2011 and 2012.

Design

The track layout is the standard Wacky Worm layout.

Single train with 6 cars. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows, for a total of 24 riders per train.
