HELP

Cobra is a steel inverted roller coaster built by Italian manufacturer Sartori currently located at Tivoli Friheden in Århus, Jylland, Denmark.

History

Cobra opened on 27 June 2008. However, it only operated briefly before closing on 4 July. This was due to an accident that injured four people.[1] It sat standing but not operating until 2009.

On 14 July 2022, the seats of the final car became partially detached from the wheels which led to the death of a 14-year-old girl and injured the hand of a 13-year-old boy. The park was closed following the incident. It stated that Cobra would be scrapped.[2]

For the 2024 season, Cobra will be replaced with Vinfald.[3]
