Galaxi was a steel roller coaster located at Peony Park and Palace Playland. It was built by Italian company SDC and first operated in 1972. It was scrapped in 2017.

History

The roller coaster first opened at Peony Park in Nebraska, United States in 1972. It operated until the park's closure in 1993. It was subsequently sold to Palace Playland in Maine for $90,000 USD, who opened it the following year. Galaxi closed on September 4, 2017 and was scrapped the following month.[1] It was replaced by Sea Viper, another Italian-built coaster.
