Little Dipper is a steel family roller coaster built by D.P.V. Rides located at Lightwater Valley in Ripon, Yorkshire, England, UK.

History[edit]

The ride opened in 2003 as the Caterpillar and was located on the spot of the former Batflyer. For the 2014 season, the ride was relocated within the park, rethemed and renamed Little Dipper.

Design[edit]

The ride follows one of the most cloned layouts ever, the Big Apple / Wacky Worm figure-eight layout.

Trains[edit]

Single train with 6 cars. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows for a total of 24 riders per train.
