Roller Coaster is a steel roller coaster owned by French showman Troisne.
History
This roller coaster was manufactured in 1982. It operated as a travelling roller coaster.[1]
The attraction opened at Parc Saint Paul in Saint-Paul, Hauts-de-France, France, in 2003. An incident occurred on this roller coaster on 17 July 2005 which seriously injured four people. The ride was closed and subsequently removed.
In 2019, it returned to the fair circuit following a refurbishment. It was repainted blue with white supports and named Roller Coaster. It was previously called Looping and had pink track and yellow supports.
Design
The train is powered up to the highest point, the top of the vertical loop. The rest of the ride is powered by gravity.
Trains
Single train with 5 cars. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows, for a total of 20 riders per train.
