Incidents

On 7 July 2014 at around 4:30 PM, a 18-year old man fell from Inferno at Terra Mítica. He sustained numerous serious injuries and died at the scene.[1] All four installations ceased operation awaiting investigation. After it was found that the restraints of Inferno had been modified without the approval of Intamin, the other three installations were reopened.[2]
