Lightning Bolt was a steel family roller coaster located at MGM Grand Adventures in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. It was built by Intamin and opened in 1993 and closed in 2000.




2 trains with 10 cars per train. Riders are arranged 2 across in a single row for a total of 20 riders per train.


Originally built as a 1100 foot long indoor roller coaster. In 1997, a second lift was added and it was extended outdoors.
