History[edit | edit source]
The Looping Star was opened in 1999, before the building it now sits on existed. Shortly after, it was moved to allow the building to be built. It was then moved back to its original location by 2003 and the Crazy Train was erected where the Looping Star was.
Following the 2019 season, the roller coaster was dismantled and is heading to Clacton Pier.
Design[edit | edit source]
Trains[edit | edit source]
2 trains with 3 cars per train. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows for a total of 12 riders per train. Looping Star has three trains painted yellow, green and red. These are switched around - only two trains have been seen on the track at one time.
Other info[edit | edit source]
Originally had a "Looping Star" sign above the loop.
