Wildfire is a wooden roller coaster located at Kolmården Wildlife Park in Norrköping, Östergötland, Sweden.

History

The ride was announced in April 2014, but construction was delayed due to problems with planning permission.

Wildfire's media day was on June 17, 2016 however the official opening was delayed due to a potential fault affecting cylinders in the trains. While the fault was not experienced on Wildfire itself, it was closed as a precaution until the parts were replaced. It finally opened on June 28, 10 days after its original opening date.

In October 2016, the attraction had its operating permits revoked by the Swedish government due to the lack of a detailed plan. Due to this, Wildfire was standing but not operating until April 2017, when the park announced that the ride would reopen with the park that season. The ride reopened in June 2017.
