"Trolley Parks" (United States) is a specific type of Amusement Park that started started in the 19th century United States that were located at the very end of a streetcar, subway, or trolley line. These parks originally featured picnic and recreation areas along the ends of the streetcar lines in many of the larger cities and are considered to be the precursors to amusement parks. There are only a handful of these parks left in the USA.
