HELP

Cobra, or Le Cobra, was an Intamin stand-up roller coaster located at La Ronde in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

History

The ride first opened in 1988 at Skara Sommarland as Stand Up. Stand Up was removed in 1994 and relocated to La Ronde in 1995. There, it would be renamed Cobra.

In May 2017, Cobra was removed from La Ronde's website and park map, confirming the ride's permanent closure.[1] It was demolished in March 2018.[2][3]

Design

Elements

Cobra featured a 75 foot tall vertical loop followed by several curves and dips.

Colour scheme
