Merlin's Mayhem is a steel family inverted roller coaster located at Dutch Wonderland in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA. Opened in 2018, it is the first "Family Inverted Coaster" from S&S Worldwide.
History
The cars were revealed at S&S's booth at IAAPA in 2016. In May 2017, the ride went vertical.
The attraction was originally scheduled to open in 2017, but was delayed to 2018 due to the final touches with the ride's theming and station being pushed back. It opened on April 28.[1]
Theme
The story behind the ride, which is revealed in the queue line, features magician Merlin on an adventure to find his dragon friend, Mayhem.
The ride features onboard sound.
