Wild Mouse was a B. A. Schiff & Associates steel wild mouse roller coaster located at Rocky Springs Park in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA. It opened on June 16, 1979.[1][2]
Design
Trains
Single cars. Riders are arranged inline in 2 rows, for a total of 2 riders per car.
Incident
On the evening of opening day, June 16, 1979, the lift chain snapped causing a car to come to a sudden stop. Two riders were injured and taken to hospital, one with a sprained neck and the other a broken nose.[3]
