Xtreme is a Scrambler currently owned and traveled by Skelly's Amusements.
Incident
On October 12, 2019, at the Deerfield Township Harvest Festival, a 10-year-old girl was thrown from the ride. She was airlifted to hospital where doctors pronounced her dead.[1][2]
