Korkkiruuvi (Finish for Corkscrew) was a steel roller coaster located at Särkänniemi in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland.
History
The coaster started its life at Clacton Pier, where it operated as Whirlwind from 1983 until 1985. It was subsequently sold to Särkänniemi, where it opened as Korkkiruuvi on 1 May 1987. It would continue operating here up until 2009, after which it was removed to make way for MotoGee. The ride was eventually bought up by Terra Park, but never managed to operate there before the park closed permanently.

This was a relatively short roller coaster with a curved first drop and two separate corkscrew inversions. This roller coaster had a compact footprint, with a bend in the middle of the station.
Colour scheme
White track and blue supports. Used to feature yellow track and white supports.
Trains
Single train with 7 cars. In each car, riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows, for a total of 28 riders per train. The train were built by Arrow Dynamics and had over-the-shoulder harnesses.
