Ultimate is a Matterhorn currently operating at Brean Theme Park in Brean, Somerset, England, UK. It was purchased for the park by the park’s then owners Richard & David Cadell in November 2005, opening for the 2006 season. The ride was known as Hellraiser when it arrived at the park, later changing to Ultimate for the 2017 season. It replaced another Matterhorn (Pod Racer) that had departed at the end of the 2005 season.

History

Hellraiser was new from Belgian manufacturer Sobema to James Miller of Billing Aquadrome in July 1986. It would operate at the park under his ownership for 20 years, before being sold in November 2005.
