Figure Eight was a wooden side friction roller coaster located on the seafront in Coogee, New South Wales, Australia. It was opened in 1907.[1] It was demolished in 1912 and was reportedly replaced by a hotel and an extension to the adjacent baths.[2] The "Coogee Palace" this roller coaster stood beside was rebuilt in 1987 and now operates as the "Coogee Pavillion".[3]
