HangOver The Tower is a travelling drop tower built by Funtime for Ewald Schneider. It premiered on 17 July 2015 at the Rheinkirmes in Germany and is currently the tallest travelling drop tower.[1]
It is Schneider's third drop tower, after Power Tower and Power Tower 2 which opened in 1998 and 2002 respectively.
Design
The ride's structure reaches a height of 85 metres and has an 80 metres drop. This makes it the tallest travelling drop tower and it shares the record for tallest drop on a travelling drop tower. The rotating gondola seats 24 riders and reaches a speed of 90 km/h.
