Jinyun Puhuayuan Alpine Slide (Chinese: 缙云普化源高山滑道) is a dinghy waterslide located in Lishui, Zhejiang, China.
According to Guinness World Records, it is the longest water slide in the world, with a length of 2723.08 metres.[1]
History
In 2017, businessman Lin Wenbi returned to his hometown of Dayuan Village with an idea, to utilize the small stream leading out of the dam at the Puhua Reservoir to create a rafting attraction.[1][2]
The stream was rerouted into a glass dinghy slide stretching from the reservoir to the river 226 metres below, where riders would continue through rapids.[1][2]
After two years of construction, the slide opened on 17 July 2019.[3]
