On June 4, 1998, 5-year-old Daniel Lee was not properly secured on the Python Pit at Jeepers! in the Palisades Center. Nobody was hurt, but his mother, Susan threatened to sue Jeepers! and the attendant who failed to check his restraint was fired.[1]
