History
In 1923, Sellner Manufacturing was founded by Herbert W. Sellner.
In 1926, Herbert W. Sellner filed a patent for the Tilt-A-Whirl, which was proven to be a massive hit, and statistically some of the most profitable rides at parks and fairgrounds. [2]
In 2011, Sellner was acquired by Larson International. The deal included all plans and equipment but excluded the Minnesota factory building.[3] At the time, the Sellner family was looking to leave the business.[4]
