This is a hatnote template which is placed at the top of an article section to indicate that there are one or more articles dedicated to the subjects discussed briefly in the section.
Usage

Up to three articles can be linked. The first parameter is mandatory, the second and third are optional and in most cases not used.
A hatnote template placed beneath a section header which informs the reader that an article or multiple articles exist dedicated to the subject being discussed in the section.
