This was the only known roller coaster at Wonderland Amusement Park in Kallang, Singapore.
Design
The coaster was manufactured by a Japanese company. The train had four cars, each with three rows.
The train was originally fitted with seatbelts however complaints made against the park in 1972 stated that some belts were missing or poorly maintained. In response, the park supervisor said that it had only requested the coaster come with belts to reassure riders and that it was safe to ride without them.[1]
Incident
On 7 March 1973, a 19-year-old boy fell from the coaster. He was taken to hospital but died three days later.[2] The coaster was closed temporarily, but later reopened.[3][4]
