Hello, just in case you weren't aware we have an upload policy for images, you can see it at Special:UploadWizard. Basically, they should be your own work or released under a license such as Creative Commons. If you didn't take the picture yourself, don't tick the box in the editor, instead, go to Special:UploadWizard and follow the instructions there. Hope this helps.
