Design

Windstarz features a hang glider theme where riders push or pull on a bar to raise and lower the ride vehicle as it spins. It is arranged with 12 hydraulically powered arms that extend from a central rotating tower. Each arm has an attached hang glider that contains 2 seats for a total of 24 riders per cycle. It spins at 8 rpm.^[3]
