History

Arihant was founded in 1985 by Rajen Shah, Viren Shah, and Atul Safari, and credits itself with establishing the water park industry in India.

In 1995, Arihant opened The Great Escape Water Park.

The company has become more prevalent outside of India in recent years, with projects in 63 different countries.
