Double Wheel was a double Ferris Wheel manufactured by Waagner-Biro that was previously located at Kuwait Entertainment City in North West Al-Sulaibikhat, Al Asimah, Kuwait from 1984 through 1990. The park fell under occupation of the Iraqi military during the 1990-1991 Persian Gulf War and several of the ride's cabins were removed. The ride was allegedly removed when the park reopened at the end of the Iraqi occupation, although it is still seen in footage dated to 1997.[1][2]
Double Wheel had eight pods on each of its arm. In comparison, the other Giant Double Wheels and Triple Giant Wheels had 12 pods on each arm.
