Jet Star 2 was a steel roller coaster owned by Conklin Shows.
History
Jet Star 2 was assembled at the Calgary Stampede in 1977 but suffered a mechanical fault. It is unclear whether it opened to the public, and its planned appearance at the Klondike Days Exposition in 1977 was cancelled.[1][2]
The ride operated at the Klondike Days Exposition from 19 to 29 July 1978.[3][4] It operated at the California State Fair from 18 August to 5 September 1978.[5] From 1979 onward, the ride was located at Playland.[6][7]
