King is a Soquet roller coaster that appears at the Foire du Trône, in Paris, Île-de-France, France, during April and May. It was built by Soquet.[1]
History
Between Foire du Trône 2005 and 2006, the old trains with lap-bars were replaced with new trains that have over-the-shoulder restraints.[2]
Color scheme
King has been repainted many times.
In the 1990s the ride is known to have been painted both yellow with blue supports and blue with yellow supports.[3] In 2001 and 2002, it had orange track and yellow supports.[4] From 2003 to 2004, it had purple track and yellow supports.
In 2005 the track was repainted green and in 2006 the supports were repainted white. In 2007 the track was painted yellow.
In 2009 and 2010, the ride had pink track and white supports.
In 2011, the ride had turquoise track and white supports.
In 2013, the colour scheme was again pink with white supports.
From 2015 (or earlier), the ride has had blue track and white supports.
