Parc Merveilleux is a zoo and amusement park in Bettembourg, Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg. It is the only permanent amusement park in Luxembourg.

The park was originally founded by Dutch landscape designer Willem Ter Braake in 1956. It would change hands in 1997, being bought by APEMH, a Luxembourg based association for parents of children with an intellectual disability.[1]

The parks Icon, Ris

The park features several small animatronic shows based on fairy tales. The park also features a large fibergalss giant named Ris. This has become the parks icon and mascot.
