Rail Chase: The Ride (Japanese: レイルチェイス・ザ・ライド) was a steel enclosed dark ride roller coaster formerly located at Joypolis H. Factory in Naka, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan.
History
The ride originally opened with Yokohama Joypolis on 20 July 1994. It was the first Roller Coaster of any kind or form to feature interactive elements as well as being based on a Sega IP. On 8 July 1995, the ride was updated with a new story and setting entitled "Hero Resurrection" (Japanese: ~英雄復活編~).[1][2] The ride remained as such until the park's closure in February 2001.
