RollerCoaster Tycoon 4 Mobile is the fifth video game in the RollerCoaster Tycoon series. It is the second mobile instalment in the series (after RollerCoaster Tycoon 3D) and the first to be released as a digital download.
It incorporates in-app purchases in order to monetize the game, and was originally a paid for app before the up-front cost was dropped.
Upon its initial release, it was met with overwhelmingly negative reviews. The game was criticised for many things, including its upfront cost and in-app purchases.
