The opening year for Silly Serpent is up to debate. RCDB claims it opened between 2001 and 2002, while using the waybackmachine on the park's website leads you to the ride selection of 2000 With 'Dragon' clearly in the list. Furthermore, wikipedia mentions a 1989 opening for the coaster, but there is no source on it, and I can't find any either.

I emailed Duane from RCDB about this, and he mentioned that the ride isn't visible in aerial imagery from 2000 or prior, and that the 'Dragon' ride on the website might be referring to another ride entirely.
