Acceleration inconsistencies

Entrance with the acceleration rate

As of writing the article says "0 to 80 mph in 1.8 seconds". RCDB agrees on the maximum speed but has the time as 1.9s. The ride entrance puts the time at 2.3 seconds, we have photos from 2007 and 2021 that show this. I'm tempted to go with the stat on the entrance. Thoughts? RCDB have now pulled the acceleration figure from their website. Wikipedia claims that the ride now accelerates faster but this is based on a TikTok. The Thorpe Park website now says "0-80 miles per hour in less than 2 seconds" but it wouldn't surprise me if the web designers go to RCDB sometimes for their info. The sign was changed to say 1.8 seconds over a month ago now i'm not sure why this is still such an active debate. LJBreeze (talk) 13:26, 15 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
Hello, have you got a picture of the updated sign please? Lachlan (Talk | contribs) 18:12, 15 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
I saw it on their twitter, think they've put it on most social media. [1]https://twitter.com/THORPEPARK/status/1755284288516558871/photo/3 LJBreeze (talk) 21:47, 15 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
