Im using a Samsung S9

I have the S9 too, if you hold off editing your user page for a bit I'll try editing it from my phone and see if I get the same issue. Also, when you write on the talk page, you can sign your comments using ~~~~. The reason why your replies look a bit funny is you're putting a space at the front of each line. Hope that helps! Well, I don't know what's causing it. So I've raised it on the MediaWiki support desk. In the mean time maybe you can switch your browser, or try editing from a computer if you can access one.
