Re: Hello!

Hello,

Firstly thanks for reverting the vandalism! I have been inactive too, it's been a busy time for me recently. Am just catching up with things. At the moment, I'm focusing on updating the manufacturer categories using AutoWikiBrowser, however it's probably easiest for me to just do them all as it's fairly tedious. There isn't really a aim for the project at the moment, but there are a few things in particular that could

  • Improving existing articles and adding sources - we have a lot of articles but many are short, with no citations.
  • Adding RCDB links to articles
  • Converting the stats in infoboxes to metric for all roller coasters outside the USA - this can be done just by changing the numbers to metres or km/h, and adding |units=metric to the infobox.

Hope that helps! As I say you're welcome to just edit anywhere and everywhere, but these are a few large tasks that need completed.

Best wishes, Lachlan (Talk | contribs) (an admin) 16:03, 8 October 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hi again, one more thing. Am not sure how familiar you are with editing so sorry if you know this already. If you're in the source editor, you can add a source by clicking "Cite" then "Cite web". I don't think the "cite news", "cite book" and "cite journal" have been configured, but the "cite web" option should work fine. Or, of course, you can just type it out like I guess you did on the Lakemont Park page?

Re: Images

Hello, there isn't really a commonly accepted title at the moment. I think "Image gallery" would be best, so I guess use that. Unless you can think of a better header? Lachlan (Talk | contribs) (an admin) 20:23, 17 October 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]
