Cotaland is an amusement park located in Austin, Texas, USA. It is located at the Circuit of The Americas racing circuit.[1]
The rides at Cotaland are currently only open during special events.
History
Cotaland opened with the debut of the Peppermint Parkway drive-thru experience on November 27, 2020.[2][3] Initially a small area with children's rides, on November 16, 2021 two new thrill rides were announced: SkyBlazer and Palindrome. Originally slated for opening in 2022,[4] the project was delayed. Another new coaster, Circuit Breaker, was announced in March 2022.[5] In March 2023, the opening of the expanded Cotaland was pushed back to 2024.[6] As of December 2024, no revised opening date has been given.
