Flying Apsaras in Western Region is a steel roller coaster located at Happy Valley in Jinniu, Chengdu, Sichuan, China. It opened on 10 February 2018.[1]

Design

Elements

The roller coaster has one vertical drop and one near-vertical drop. The second drop dives into a tunnel which passes underneath Great Desert-Rally, a Great Coasters International wooden roller coaster.

There is an unusual method for storing loose items. Three storage boxes are hung from a track above. Riders may place their bags in a box, which is subsequently moved over the station to the other side of the track, where riders can retrieve their bags.

Trains

3 trains with 3 cars per train. In each car, riders are arranged 6 across in a single row, for a total of 18 riders per train.
