Gobbi Express is a steel powered coaster currently under construction at Taunus Wunderland in Schlangenbad, Hesse, Germany.
History
This was the first virtual reality roller coaster when it opened at Space Center. The experience was provided by a monitor positioned in front of each seat as opposed to through a virtual reality headset. The VR would be removed when the ride relocated to Taunus Wunderland.
The ride was originally announced as Mondkatapult, but this was later changed to Gobbi Express.
