The attraction originally opened with Toontown on April 15, 1996. It is a duplicate of the California version of the attraction; however, the main difference is that this version has always been a pure walk-through attraction, as Minnie Mouse was never meetable here; instead being a roaming character until gaining a meet-and-greet attraction entitled Minnie's Style Studio in 2020.
