Steeplechase was a steel roller coaster model designed by Arrow Dynamics.

History

The first installation, Wacky Soap Box Racers at Knott's Berry Farm, opened in 1976. A second installation, Steeplechase at Pleasure Beach Resort opened in 1977.

Design

The main attraction of the layout was the dueling aspect of the ride. This allowed for multiple groups to race against each other through the layout.
