Summit Surge was a tube water coaster built by USA manufacturer NBGS International formerly located at Wild Wadi Waterpark in Dubai, Dubai, UAE.[1][2]
It opened with the park in August 1999 and closed on 17 September 2009.[1][2] It was replaced by Burj Surge and Tantrum Alley.[3]
Design
Summit Surge was the first part of a two-slide attraction called the Family Ride, essentially acting as a lift hill for Rushdown Ravine, whose start pool is also Summit Surge's end pool. Rushdown Ravine was inaccessible without riding Summit Surge.[4]
