Lift hill
A lift hill is a transport device that is used to pull a train up a hill on a roller coaster. Lift hills always include anti-rollback mechanisms, also known as "chain dogs". Methods of lifting the train include a chain, a cable or tires.
On The Incredible Hulk, the lift hill also acts as a launch.
