Recent edits

Hello, thanks for your recent edits. I'm glad to see they're finally reopening the Rapids at Drayton! I'm leaning towards keeping the River Rapids rides as one article rather than two though. New boats is akin to replacing the train on a roller coaster. As for the Waveswinger, It's good to hear that G-Force's spot is getting filled, has there been a confirmation on this? I can see it's rumored.

Hi Lachan,

Thanks for taking the time to review my edits. With regards to the Rapids, yes in retrospect I agree that it should be one article. I’ll sort that out now.

As for the Waveswinger, it was confirmed in ‘First Drop Magazine’ which is an insider newspaper by European Coaster Club. I imagine it’ll be announced by the park in the coming days.

Thanks again, James Jcrazyhead37 (talk) 16:31, 13 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hi James, no worries about reviewing the edits. I don't check everything that's posted but I do try to when I see a new user editing. If you have any feedback for the site feel free to send it my way. I'm not going to lie, we're probably not totally consistent in whether to have separate articles for things or not. We can always split them again later if more of the ride gets changed than we expect. I'll keep an eye out for an announcement on the Waverswinger then. Here's hoping these changes are ready for the summer, I'm thinking of visiting at some point this year. Lachlan (Talk | contribs) 18:23, 13 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
So the new rapids are just called "River Rapids" right? in that case, I'll copy what you've added to the new page into the old Splash Canyon Rapids page, then move that to River Rapids. That way, it preserves the history of the older page. Best wishes Lachlan (Talk | contribs) 18:31, 13 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

That’s correct, ‘River Rapids’ is indeed the name. Sounds good Lachlan - Thank you. Drayton’s definitely worth a visit this year as it’s strongly rumoured to be Pandemonium’s and in particular Apocalypse’s final season - better to be safe than sorry! Hello, I saw your edit on Trawler Trouble, but couldn't find a source for it, apart from wikipedia (which itself also didnt have a source). Please add a credible source, or I will have to revert the edit. QDude24 (talk) 14:40, 16 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi there, apologies, I will add my source. Jcrazyhead37 (talk) 15:38, 16 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
