History
Built by Intamin AG, and their former subcontractor Giovanola, this coaster was planned to open for the 1983 season, roughly a year after the park opened. However, the 1983 season went by and it didn't open, and to this day, the ride sits standing but not operating within the park. Some say it's due to the parts for the ride not showing up, or that the electrical equipment not arriving, but to this day, Vertigorama continues to rot day by day.
