Wipeout was a Top Spin variant located at Dreamworld in Australia. It opened in December 1993 as part of the new Ocean Parade themed area.[1][2] In 2014, the ride was partially dismantled and refurbished.[3] In 2019, Dreamworld announced on a email that Wipeout would be closed and demolished.[4]
Design
This was a Vekoma Waikiki Wave installation. Unlike a typical top spin ride, each arm was capable of spinning independently.
