Eis-Zeitreise (English: Ice-Timetravel) is a simulator built by German manufacturer aufwind Group currently located at Eis Greissler Manufaktur in Krumbach, Lower Austria, Austria. It requires a seperate ticket.
Design
The hour long attraction takes guests through the history of ice cream with 2 different simulator rides. The first, called Eis-Greissler Express has guests boarding a train on a replicated station platform. From here, guests will see the evolution of the Ice cream from ancient rome untill the present day.
The second part of the experience sees guests boarding a second simulator, called Flying Theatre. This simulator gives guests a look at the manufacturing process of Eis Greissler ice cream, seen from the perspective of a bee.
The third and last part of the experience is the Ice kitchen. Guests get to taste new and unusual flavours of Ice Cream here, allowing them a taste before they end up on the main menu.
