Höhenflug (English: Soaring) is a Sky Fly built by German manufacturer Gerstlauer currently located at Erlebnispark Tripsdrill in Cleebronn, Baden Wuerttemberg, Germany.
History
The ride opened on 29 May 2017.[1]
Design
Theme
The ride's theme is based on Albrecht Ludwig Berblinger. Albert was a Tailor from Ulm, Germany and is credited as the inventor of an early hang glider. The base of the arm is decorated with wooden scaffolding.
Vehicles
The main arm of the ride contains 12 vehicles, with each vehicles containing 1 seat. The wings on the vehicles are themed to look like the tailor's hang glider, complete with buttons.
