HELP |
Gugelhupf-Gaudi-Tour (English: Gugelhupf-Fun-Tour) is a Tilt-A-Whirl built by German manufacturers Gerstlauer and Wieland Schwarzkopf currently located at Erlebnispark Tripsdrill in Cleebronn, Baden Wuerttemberg, Germany.
Design
The ride system was designed by both Gerstlauer and Wieland Schwarzkopf. This was quite common in the begin of Gerstlauer's career. It is the only Walzerfahrt Gerstlauer ever built.
Theme
The ride is themed like a bakery, with the ride vehicles being themed as a Gugelhupf. This is a German cake, similar to Bundt-cakes. The middle of the ride features figures of bakers and a large oven.
Vehicles
Riders are arranged 4 across in a single row, for a total of 4 riders per vehicle. There are a total of 9 vehicles, allowing for 36 riders per cycle. The vehicles use lap bars as restraints.
