Legoland Sichuan is a theme park currently under construction in Meishan, Sichuan, China. It is situated approximately 60 km south of Chengdu. The park was originally expected to open in 2023,[1] however this has now been pushed back to 2025.[2][3]
History
On 27 September 2019, Merlin Entertainments announced that it was collaborating with Global Zhongjun to build Legoland Sichuan, the first Legoland park in China. Global Zhongjun will fund the construction of the park, while Merlin Entertainments will operate it.[1]
